At Touch of ECO, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it.

with photos of the product and your order number, and our team will assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
